This Privacy Policy explains how KLGames ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and discloses information when you download, install, and play our mobile application Simple Games (the "Application").
By using Simple Games, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please do not use the Application.
1. Information Collection and Storage
Simple Games is designed to provide entertaining gameplay without directly collecting your personal identifiable information:
- No Personal Accounts or Registration: We do not require you to create an account, register, or provide personal identification details (such as your full name, email address, postal address, or phone number) to play the game.
- Locally Stored Game Data: Game progress, high scores, and player settings (e.g., sound effects, volume, theme preferences) are stored locally on your device storage. This data is not uploaded to our private servers.
2. Third-Party Services & Advertising (Google AdMob)
To keep Simple Games free to play, we display advertisements provided by third-party advertising networks. The Application utilizes third-party SDKs that may collect certain device and usage data automatically.
Google AdMob & Google Play Services
We use Google AdMob to serve in-game advertisements (such as banner, interstitial, or rewarded video ads). Google AdMob and its advertising partners may collect and process the following information:
- Device Identifiers: Google Advertising ID (AAID / GAID), IP address, and unique device identifiers.
- Approximate Location Data: Derived from your IP address to deliver regionally relevant advertisements.
- Ad Interaction and Usage Data: Information regarding ad impressions, clicks, video completion rates, and in-app interactions with ads.
- Diagnostic & Performance Data: App launch time, crash logs, hang rates, and other diagnostic data to measure ad delivery performance.
Google uses this information to serve personalized or non-personalized advertisements, detect fraudulent activity, and report ad performance. For detailed information on how Google handles your data, please review:
Google Play Services
The Application integrates with Google Play Services to provide core platform functionality, security updates, and optional gaming features (such as Google Play Games leaderboards and achievements).
3. How to Manage and Opt Out of Personalized Ads
You have full control over the use of your advertising identifier on your Android device:
Go to Settings → Google → Ads → tap "Reset advertising ID" or "Delete advertising ID".
You can also manage your Google Ad settings and preferences at any time by visiting Google Ads Settings.
4. Children's Privacy (COPPA & Google Play Families Policy)
We take children's privacy very seriously:
- Our application does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area).
- When configured for families or children, ads served via Google AdMob are requested with child-directed treatment flags (COPPA compliant) to restrict personalized advertising and data tracking.
- If you believe that a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately, and we will take prompt corrective action.
5. Data Security
We value your trust. Because your game data is stored locally on your device, your information is protected by Android's application sandboxing. For any data handled by third parties (such as AdMob), industry-standard encryption protocols (like HTTPS / TLS) are employed.
6. Data Deletion and Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)
Depending on your jurisdiction (such as under the General Data Protection Regulation / GDPR or California Consumer Privacy Act / CCPA), you have the right to:
- Delete Local Data: Delete all local game progress and cached data at any time by navigating to Settings → Apps → Simple Games → Storage → Clear Data, or by uninstalling the app.
- Manage Consent (EEA/UK): If you are located in the European Economic Area or the UK, you can manage or revoke your advertising consent preferences through the in-app consent menu provided via Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP).
- Opt Out of Tracking: Disable personalized ads via your Android device settings as described in Section 3.
7. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices or legal obligations. Any updates will be posted directly to this page, and the "Last Updated" date at the top will be refreshed.
